Celebrating Easter at the Lake of the Ozarks

Can you believe Easter weekend is already upon us? From Easter brunch to egg hunts, there's activities to keep the entire family entertained this weekend at the Lake of the Ozarks. Keep reading to learn details about all the upcoming Easter events.

Easter Egg Hunts at the Lake of the Ozarks


Easter just wouldn't be complete with out some Easter egg hunts for the kids. Check out these area egg hunts happening at the Lake of the Ozarks this weekend:

4th Annual Osage Beach Easter Egg Hunt
Don't miss this free community event on Saturday, March 31st from 11 am to 2 pm at the Osage Beach City Park. There will be an egg hunt, pictures with the Easter bunny, face painting, a balloon artist, bounce house, animal displays and a free hot dog lunch.

Easter Egg Hunt in the Park
The Laurie Easter egg hunt attracts children from tots to teens to find 14,000 eggs "hidden" throughout the Laurie Fairgrounds. The Easter bunny always makes an appearance to the delight of everyone. The event will take place on Saturday, March 31st from 2-3 pm.

Linn Creek Easter Egg Hunt 
On Saturday, March 31st from 12-2 pm at the Linn Creek City Park there will be an Easter egg hunt for children of all ages. The start time for the hunt will be 1 pm, and everyone is welcome!

Easter Brunches at Lake of the Ozarks


As with any holiday, a feast is in order this Easter weekend! Don't feel like cooking a big family dinner this year? Check out these amazing local brunch options:

Easter Brunch at Tan-Tar-A Resort 
Head over to Tan-Tar-A for their fabulous Easter brunch in the Grand Ballroom on Sunday, April 1st from 11 am to 3 pm. Reservations are required. Please call 573-348-8619.

Easter Brunch & Egg Hunt at The Lodge of Four Seasons
Celebrate Easter at HK's Restaurant at The Lodge of Four Seasons on Sunday, April 1st from 10 am to 3pm with an Easter brunch. To make reservations or more info, please call 573-365-8509. In addition to the delicious feast, children can visit with the Easter bunny and partake in an Easter egg hunt, which begins at 1pm.

Easter Brunch & Egg Hunt at Captain Ron's
Head over to Captain Ron's on Sunday, April 1st for Easter brunch from 9 am to 1 pm. There will also be an egg hunt for the children beginning at Noon.

Easter Brunch at Osage National 
Osage National Golf Resort will host an Easter brunch with all the expected favorites on Sunday, April 1st at 11 am. Call 573-365-1950 ext. 23 for more details.

Easter Brunch at Old Kinderhook 
Head over to Old Kinderhook on Sunday, April 1st for an Easter brunch from 10 am to 3 pm. Reservations are required. Please call 573-317-3560.

Celebrating Easter at the Lake of the Ozarks

When you think of Easter what comes to mind? Maybe you think of God, family, food or fun. For many people, especially children, Easter egg hunts are at the top of the list. A delicious meal, with good company, is probably at the top of the list for the adults. Your Lake of the Ozarks mortgage lender has put together a list of local events that offers both fun for the children and great food for the adults. Be sure to check out these Easter events happening at the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks this holiday weekend!

Easter Egg Hunts 


What's Easter without a few Easter egg hunts? Check out these great local events to take your children to this weekend! 

Easter Eggstravaganza

The First Assembly of God Church in Eldon will be hosting an Easter Eggstravaganza on Saturday, March 26 starting at 12:00 pm. This popular event will feature free food, inflatables, games, clowns, entertainment and egg hunts!

2nd Annual Osage Beach Easter Egg Hunt 
  
Join us at the Osage Beach City Park on Saturday, March 26 for the 2nd Annual Osage Beach Easter Egg Hunt. The egg hunts will be divided into 3 age divisions and will start at 1:00 pm. A hot dog lunch will be available before the hunt starting at 12:00 pm. The Easter Bunny will be present for photos, while bounce houses and face painting will also be available!

Easter Celebration 

Celebrate Easter at New Life Church of the Nazarene in Camdenton on Saturday, March 26 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. There will be food, crafts, face painting, a movie, resurrection egg story, pictures with the Easter Bunny and an egg hunt. The egg hunt, featuring over 3,000 eggs will start at 11:30 am and is open to children ages 2-12.

Easter Egg Hunt in the Park

Tickets are $28.95 for adults,$19.95 for seniors age 55 & above, $14.95 for children ages 4-12, and children ages 3 & under are complimentary. Ticket prices include tax and gratuity.

Easter Brunch at H. Toads

Join H. Toads for a delectable and relaxing Easter Brunch on Sunday, March 27 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm! Their chef has put together an extremely vast and tasty custom menu just for the occasion. Live music from Scott Duncan will accompany you throughout your meal enhancing the experience. Bring your whole family! Prices for brunch are $28 for adults, $25 for seniors 55+, $12 for children 6-12, and children under 5 are free.

Easter Brunch at Inn at Grand Glaize 

Bring your family and friends, and head over to J D Waddles, located at the Inn at Grand Glaize, for a special brunch. Brunch will be served from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Sunday, March 27. Celebrate Easter Weekend at the Lake of the Ozarks

With Spring here, the Lake of the Ozarks is getting back into the swing of things. The weather is getting warmer and the things to do here are increasing. Easter is this weekend and there is plenty to do. Take the kids to an Easter egg hunt or enjoy a nice meal out with the family. Here are just some of the local events you may want to check out!

5th Annual Giant Easter Egg Hunt - April 4 


Load up the family and head to Mother Nature's Riverfront Retreat at the Tunnel Dam Garden Center for the 5th Annual GIANT Easter Egg Hunt! Be sure to come early, the first 200 cars will get a token for a free night of camping! Gates open at 1:30 pm and the hunt begins at 3 pm. Cost is $5 per car.

Easter Eggstravaganza - April 4


This popular event will feature free food, inflatables, games, clowns, entertainment and egg hunts. The event will run from 2-4 pm.

1st Annual Osage Beach Easter Egg Hunt - April 4


Join us Saturday, April 4th at the Osage Beach City Park for fun free activities and food. Activities start at Noon and the egg hunts begin at 1:00 P.M. Children will be divided into three age groups: 4 and under (with an adult); 5-8 years; 9-12 years. Activities include local 4H Club project rabbit displays, pictures with the Easter Bunny, Face Painting and Bounce Houses. So come out to the Osage Beach City Park for a fun afternoon!

11th Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Park - April 5

Camden on the Lake's Easter Brunch - April 5


Join Camden on the Lake and H. Toad's as we celebrate Easter Brunch! Those Guys will be performing while you enjoy delicious options such as omelets made to order, a deluxe hash brown casserole, hickory smoked bacon, Chicken Marsala, Herb Crusted Roast Prime Rib, pan seared grouper with bay shrimp, and much more! Brunch will be served from 11 am to 3 pm.

Easter Day Buffet at Tan-Tar-A Resort - April 5 


Join us for our fabulous Easter Buffet featuring Carved Bourbon Praline Glazed Ham, Carved Prime Rib with Au Jus and Horseradish Cream, Chicken Bonne Femme with White Wine Cream and Mushrooms, Salmon Nicoise topped with a Mediterranean Olive Blend, Smoked Pork Chops with Apple Bacon Chutney and much more! Join us for Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 5 from 10 am to 2 pm. The carving station will feature baked Virginia Ham and Baron of Beef. Other favorites on the menu includes cold smoked salmon, lemon glazed tilapia, chicken florentine, omelets, waffles, vegetable blend, au gratin potatoes, spinach madeline, corn o'brien, wild rice, deviled eggs, salads, pastries, desserts and fresh fruit. Enjoy all of this for only $19.95 for adults, $15.95 for seniors and $8.95 for children 7-12. Children 6 and under are free!

Easter Brunch at The Lodge of Four Seasons - April 5
