Breakfast with Santa

December 3rd

Lodge of Four Seasons

The Lodge of Four Seasons hosts Breakfast with Santa for the third year! Enjoy a holiday breakfast buffet and activities for children of all ages. In addition to our very special guests, Santa & Mrs. Claus, the School of the Osage Girls Glee will be performing throughout the morning.


Christmas on the Square

December 3rd

Camden County Courthouse Lawn

Kick off the holiday season in style! This free community event is one that everyone loves to attend each year in Downtown Camdenton. This year will feature lots of games, activities, giveaways, performances from our local students, refreshments, hot dogs, and a visit with Santa- all FREE! (Santa arrives at 11:30am).


Eldon Christmas Parade

December 3rd

The Eldon Christmas Parade and Celebration will be Dec 3, 2022 at Rock Island Park. The Parade will start at dark, and tree lighting ceremony will follow the parade. Come celebrate the start of the holiday season at this awesome event!


Christmas for Kids

December 4th

The Encore Lakeside Grill & Sky Bar

The 33rd annual Christmas for Kids charity event provides toys for Lake Area children. Come enjoy a festive night of dueling pianos with complimentary appetizers, liquor raffles, and Santa! CADV’s Christmas Cruise

November Happenings at the Lake

November is already here! Can you believe it? Team Lasson knows how exciting the holidays can be around our area. Veteran's Day Parade

November 5

Osage Beach City Hall

The Veterans Day parade begins at Osage Beach City Hall and ends at the Lake of the Ozarks Elks Lodge #2517. Check out all the amazing floats and parade participants this year along the parade route down Osage Beach Parkway. 


Gala of Trees

November 16 - November 27

Wobbly Boots

This year's Gala of Trees runs from November 16, 2022 through November 27, 2022 at Wobbly Boots Restaurant in Osage Beach, MO.  Patrons can bid on trees and wreaths through the silent auction to raise money for Children's Charities for the Lake Area.  Happy hour kick off event Nov 16th from 5 pm - 7 pm. Tickets are $25.00. 


Enchanted Village of Lights

November 18 - January 1

Laurie Fairgrounds

The Enchanted Village of Lights in Laurie, Missouri is one of the most amazing light displays around the area. If you have not made it out to see the lights you are really missing out. The 27 acres of lights is a sight to see, which includes over 250 displays. 

Display Hours:

5 pm to 9 pm Sunday thru Thursday

5 to 10 Friday and Saturday, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas night.


Turkey Trot

The Lake Area Turkey Trot 5K is a family tradition held on Thanksgiving morning at Camdenton High School. This event is attended by many families who want to kick their holiday off with some exercise, friendly competition and camaraderie. The race begins at 8:30 and walk-up registration will open at 7:30.

Versailles Apple Festival

The Versailles Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to host the 42nd Annual Olde Tyme Apple Festival. This award-winning festival is enjoyed by thousands of festival-goers from all over the state and beyond. Activities include a parade, many vendors selling wares, lots of food booths, a car show (at Versailles City Park), fiddle contest, apple pie and much more! It's the perfect way to kick off the fall season!


Fall Big Bass Bash

October 1 - October 2

Grand Glaize State Park (PB2)

7:00am - 3:00pm

The Big Bass Bash has strived to give "the weekend" angler a chance to win huge cash prizes like the pro's. Over $325,000 in cash & prizes will be paid out at this event, including a whopping $100,000 in cash to the angler that catches the Biggest Bass of the tournament.


Citizens Against Domestic Violence Brunch

Exciting air show performers, historical aircraft, and entertainment await you at the Lake of the Ozarks Air Show! This year’s event, themed “Operation Welcome Home”, is a salute to our Vietnam Veterans. This is an event the entire family will love! Popular August Events at Lake of the Ozarks

August is here & that means it's time to plan out which upcoming events you want to attend! Our mortgage lender at Lake of the Ozarks knows entertainment is one of the big draws to our area. Team Lasson is excited to feature some of the most popular events that are on the calendar for August!


En Plein Air Art Festival

August 8th

Various locations around Lake of the Ozarks

The Lake of the Ozark’s (LOZ) En Plein Air Art Festival provides artists with the opportunity to expand their markets, enhance their skills, receive recognition for their creations, and to experience Lake of the Ozarks in the company of other artists; as such it is open to artists of all levels.

Art Lovers: The public is invited to observe the art unfold before their eyes each day at events hosted by local businesses and neighboring communities. Not only will you watch the art being created each day, you may purchase a painting and pick it up Saturday, August 13th.

Unique event sites will be featured each day during the festival at a variety of locations from local lodges, on the lake restaurants, wineries, historic sites, and surrounding towns. Artists will be spread out at 20 different venues around the Lake of the Ozarks.

Hot Summer Nights Car Show

August 12th

Bagnell Dam Strip

A Friday night in the summer isn't complete without a car show on the Strip! Enjoy this free "cruise in" for all cars, trucks, motorcycles, and other vehicles. This monthly show is held on the 2nd Friday of each month at the Bagnell Dam Strip. It's an electric environment that you won't want to miss!

The Black Crowes present: Shake Your Money Maker

August 20th

These concerts are sure to blow you away! Experience live music at one of the top entertainment spots at the Lake. There's not a bad seat in the house at this outdoor amphitheater in Camdenton, MO. Be sure to check out the shows on August 19th and 20th!


Lake of the Ozarks Shootout

August 27th - August 28th

Captain Ron's Bar & Grill

The Lake of the Ozarks Shootout, held at Captain Ron's Bar & Grill and the 33MM-34.5MM, will bring top powerboat racers and off shore racing power boats from across the country, topping 200 MPH. The largest unsanctioned boat race in the Midwest with over 100 racers and 100,000 spectators. Proceeds will benefit the Lake Area Rescue Teams, and other charitable organizations!

Live music and activities will keep you having fun all day long. This year's event starts at noon and features Black Note Band, The NoBodies, Dirt Road Addiction, and Members Only.


2022 MARINEMAX MIDWEST COAST WAKESURF OPEN

Competition begins at 9AM.

Come ride the ruins and party with us at the park! This competition is designed for all ages and skill-levels, this grassroots wake surf contest is geared towards those looking for a family friendly atmosphere. $20 registration fee for all riders, plus a $45 World Wake Association one-time event membership.  All competitors will receive a rider's jersey and be registered to win event prizes. Whether you're planning to compete or just want to watch all the action, this is the place to be!
