The Conforming Loan Limit Has Increased! What Does That Mean For You?

Announced late last month, the conforming loan limit has been increased! The loan increase may make for a positive change with your future loans. Our mortgage lenders in Lake Ozark, MO are here to break down what this change could actually mean for you!

What is the Conforming Loan Limit?

The conforming loan limit is the maximum amount of money that can be borrowed with a conventional home loan on a single family home. 


How Much Did the Limit Increase By?

The loan limit has been increased to $726,200, up from $647,200 in 2022. 


What Does the Loan Limit Increase Mean For You?

This loan limit increase means borrowers may qualify for a bigger loan with the more favorable guidelines of a conforming loan. This is great news for buyers and owners alike! Here are some of the benefits:

Lodge of Four Seasons

The Lodge of Four Seasons hosts Breakfast with Santa for the third year! Enjoy a holiday breakfast buffet and activities for children of all ages. In addition to our very special guests, Santa & Mrs. Claus, the School of the Osage Girls Glee will be performing throughout the morning.


Christmas on the Square

December 3rd

Camden County Courthouse Lawn

Kick off the holiday season in style! This free community event is one that everyone loves to attend each year in Downtown Camdenton. This year will feature lots of games, activities, giveaways, performances from our local students, refreshments, hot dogs, and a visit with Santa- all FREE! (Santa arrives at 11:30am).


Eldon Christmas Parade

December 3rd

The Eldon Christmas Parade and Celebration will be Dec 3, 2022 at Rock Island Park. The Parade will start at dark, and tree lighting ceremony will follow the parade. Come celebrate the start of the holiday season at this awesome event!


Christmas for Kids

The Encore Lakeside Grill & Sky Bar

The 33rd annual Christmas for Kids charity event provides toys for Lake Area children. Come enjoy a festive night of dueling pianos with complimentary appetizers, liquor raffles, and Santa! The 38th Annual Lake of the Ozarks Christmas Parade on the Bagnell Dam Strip. Parade starts at 1:00 PM. Grab your chairs & blankets to bundle up and enjoy the show as parade floats drive by. It's a fun way to get into the festive spirit this time of year!


CADV’s Christmas Cruise

Mark your calendar for CADV’s Christmas Cruise on December 17th at 5:30pm! Enjoy the beauty of the Christmas lights and donate to a wonderful cause that helps CADV continue to provide resources for the survivors in our area.
