Prepare NOW

There are going to be demos, exhibitors, and so many things to look at, you might get overwhelmed, or even nervous that you will miss something great. The good news is that you can visit the boat shows website and start preparing now. Check out the website and look for helpful resources like a list of exhibitors, full list of boats on display, and the events and activities list. You can also brush up on the show hours, transportation options, parking information, and more. Doing your homework now will help create an amazing boat show experience.

Enjoy the Show!

From interactive demos to educational seminars, there are all sorts of fun things happening at the boat show. Take time to sit back and enjoy it while taking advantage of everything the exhibitors have to offer. Boat shows are not just about the boats, but about learning more about the boating community, expanding your knowledge of the Lake of the Ozarks, and maybe even finding some new toys and tools. Our mortgage staff from the Lake of the Ozarks office will be there to help provide information about living at the Lake of the Ozarks. If you have always thought about owning a home at the Lake of the Ozarks, but you are not sure where to start, you can begin by stopping by our booth. Team Lasson would be honored to tell you about the area and help you get started on your mortgage.

Come See What Is Happening on the Weekdays

It should not come as a surprise that boat shows have the largest attendance on the weekends. If you are serious about buying and have the opportunity to stop by during the week it can be less crowded, and you will have more time to tour the boats. If you can only go on the weekend, you will still have a wonderful time and be able to take advantage of great deals and speak to some incredible dealers, but if you have the chance to come on the weekday - you will not regret it!

Look for Upgrades

Boat shows are often a great time to take advantage of technology companies releasing new products. If you are looking for an upgrade to the electronics and accessories for your boat, this weekend could be the prime time for you to find them. Make sure that you ask the sales professionals about upgrade opportunities and what deals will be available. Some vendors only offer deals on these upgrades during the show, so you do not want to miss it by waiting.
